Who is IVTB for?+

IVTB is built for publishers who want to review their traffic quality and apply proportionate, configurable controls. It is a review and response tool, not a replacement for the traffic-quality systems built into any advertising platform.

Does IVTB guarantee AdSense approval or protect ad revenue?+

No. IVTB reduces risk; it cannot guarantee that Google or another advertising platform will classify traffic as valid, prevent account restrictions, or recover advertising revenue. IVTB is independent and is not endorsed by Google.

Does IVTB guarantee that every invalid visit is blocked?+

No. Traffic-risk signals are probabilistic. IVTB helps you combine signals and apply configurable controls, but no provider can guarantee perfect classification.

Can I observe traffic before blocking anything?+

Yes. New trials begin with conservative controls and support log-only operation, so you can review behaviour before choosing stronger responses.

Do I need a payment card for the trial?+

No. The three-day trial starts after email and domain verification for eligible accounts. A payment method is only required when you choose a paid plan.

Technical

How it behaves on your site.

Will IVTB slow down my website?+

The client is designed for edge delivery and uses short-lived signed decisions to avoid unnecessary repeat checks. Actual performance depends on visitor location, network and configuration, so you should validate it on your own site before active enforcement.

Does IVTB depend on third-party cookies?+

No. The publisher client carries a signed decision bound to origin, IP, site and policy from first-party session storage. It does not depend on third-party cookies.

What response options are available?+

Allow, log, challenge, redirect or block, according to the risk and the policy you approve.

Glossary

Terms used on this site.

These are standard industry terms rather than an IVTB certification or standard.

Invalid traffic (IVT)
Visits or ad interactions that do not represent genuine user engagement.
General invalid traffic (GIVT)
Invalid traffic identifiable through routine means, such as declared bots, crawlers, or requests that fail basic validation.
Sophisticated invalid traffic (SIVT)
Invalid traffic that requires advanced analysis to detect, such as hijacked devices or automated traffic designed to imitate genuine visits.
Traffic decision
The per-request outcome — allow, log, challenge or block — produced by combining edge context with intelligence signals under an account's configured policy.
Signed decision token
A short-lived, cryptographically signed record of a traffic decision, kept in first-party session storage to avoid repeat checks without a tracking cookie.
Log-only mode
An operating mode where IVTB evaluates traffic and records the result without changing what a visitor sees.
